Yow Kam Yuen Symphonic Band was established in 2000. It aims to provide opportunities for students to develop their musical talents through different kinds of rehearsals, performances and competitions. In 2015, the band was invited by the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau to perform with Jo Bithume in French May Open Ceremony. In 2013 and 2016, the band was awarded the Golden prize in senior class in the Hong Kong Youth Music Interflows Symphonic Band Contest and Platinum prize in intermediate class in Victoria School Music Festival.
