Please prepare the following information in digital format before registration:

1. One recent photograph of your band (300dpi)

2. One recent photograph of your conductor (300dpi) 

3. A write up of your band (100 words) 

4. For overseas bands, please prepare a credit or debit card for payment of registration fee.

Note：All information given will be used for all official publicity and communications, including postage of any material after the event. You do not need to send us your scanned scores. We strongly encourage you to register using desktop/laptop/tablet.
